The will power to accomplish something is there, and the physical disability does not mean impotence and powerless.
We shall not become hopeless or give in and surrender because life is full of grief and pain, and no one should give in to despair.

The 24-Hour Wheelchair Marathon
77.58 miles. One track. Twenty-four hours.
Between April 6–7, 2000, Nik wheeled 77.58 miles around the Handsworth Secondary School track in North Vancouver, Canada — setting a Guinness World Record for distance travelled by wheelchair in 24 hours. It remains the defining proof of his philosophy: physical health by itself is not enough, the will to truly live is more important.
